I feel your pain dude. Sometimes I think we would be better off reading paper books only, and limiting our online interactions to what we can do with an old laptop with Linux in it.
I can nearly guarantee that you could eliminate at least three of the things you mentioned (Spotify (they're even shittier than you think), Robot vacuums (they suck, but not as they're intended to), and WhatsApp (just do it already)), get used to it in a week, and have people jealous of you in two.
“There is absolutely no inevitability as long as there is a willingness to contemplate what is happening.”

*And yes, "Massage", not "Message", is the correct book title.
Robot Hoover does suck, and in fairness, we only use it for one room these days. WhatsApp would be fine, would lose contact with a couple of important groups (yes, I could try to keep up with them individually but more friction) and for Spotify, it's the only one I see actually difficulty. No point in changing service (all as bad in ethical sense), and I can't afford to recreate my library.
The really ironic thing is, that "pirating" is illegal but all the big companies pirate now absolutely everything when training AI and that one is legal. Best stunt ever.
My personal opinion: so-called pirating does/did not even 1/1000 of the harm that Spotify does. Those artists (on that platform) get paid nothing really. Better you pirate and buy their albums from time to time or buy concert tickets. Helps them much more.
I remember back in the days of the LimeWire controversy, Slipknot members were pro-LimeWire for this exact reason – it increased the chances of people finding their music, which would lead to concert tickets, merch etc (and back then, a % buying the CD).

Sounds bliss
I would highly recommend listening to this piece from August Lamm. She lives without the Internet for most of her work/life (and therefore the tech attached to it). https://creativerebels.substack.com/p/the-girl-with-no-internet-august
