I stopped Netflix, Disney etc over a year ago. Since then we have started going charity shop hunting and have collected many of our favourite films and TV series. Many of what we buy are €1 or less, and guess what? It's mine to watch as many times as I like, it will never go off the platform. The library is also a great shout, I can get all series of Scrubs if I like 😅 absolutely free. It just takes work and that's what we seem to not be able to do anymore.
I have none of these except Apple Music/News, mostly because News is a good deal and I can’t really be expected to carry around my entire library on my phone, it’s simply too vast for any phone to hold.
Most of the crap these companies are putting out isn’t even worth stealing.

I too, have TOTALLY NEVER DONE THIS, but YIFY Torrents seems to be popular with the kids these days.
